We can provide several services. This page will describe our basic menu of services.
- Consulting - Rate: 100 US Dollars/hr

Consulting services can be purchased in blocks like the Support Tier rates below. After-hours/weekend support is additional.
- Data Appliance - Maintainance Rate: TBD US Dollars/month, TBD US Dollars/one time charge installation/first month service
This service includes the lease of hardware, management of the hardware. We'll ensure the appliance is running as expected, and balance the filesystems sizes in the backups to ensure all data is successfully backed up. As part of the OTC, we'll also give your users a basic presentation on how to use the appliance.
- Data Migration - Move data from the PC client desktops to the server: TBD US Dollars/One Time Charge.
- Asset Management - per hour
Asset Management is tracking details of hardware, serial numbers, location, hard drive size, memory, installed software, etc. This can assist with recovering software serial numbers to reinstall software. This can assist with managing your software and hardware to know what kind of upgrades might be necessary. Reports can be generated based on installed hardware/software.
- Support Tier 1 - 05 hours - Rate: 450 US Dollars/mo
We bundle 5 support/contracting hours and offer a discounted rate of 90 US Dollars / hr for the bundled hours.
- Support Tier 2 - 10 hours - Rate: 850 US Dollars/mo
We bundle 10 support/contracting hours and offer a discounted rate of 85 US Dollars / hr for the bundled hours.
- Support Tier 3 - 15 hours - Rate: 1200 US Dollars/mo
We bundle 15 support/contracting hours and offer a discounted rate of 80 US Dollars / hr for the bundled hours.
- Support Tier 4 - 20 hours - Rate: 1500 US Dollars/mo
We bundle 20 support/contracting hours and offer a discounted rate of 75 US Dollars / hr for the bundled hours.
- Additional Hours - Tiers 1-2 - Rate 95 US Dollars/hr
- Additional Hours - Tiers 3-4 - Rate 85 US Dollars/hr
Support bundles and maintainance fees are billed at the start of the month of service.
Additional hours and non-bundled hours are billed after the month of service.
One Time Charge (Installation) is billed with half of the charge being due at contract signing, and the remaining half at time of installation. The OTC includes 15 to 45 days of service. For service installed after the 15th day of the month, the following full month will be included to avoid closely issued bills. The OTC will be prorated based on the number of actual days of service provided.
- Serial ATA drives for fast data access.
- Hot Swap Capability so we can replace a failed drive without taking the system down.
- Data Mirroring (Raid-1) of disk drives for reliability and performance. This prevents a disk crash from shutting down the server.
- Backups to DVD-R drives
- UPS provided to improve integrity and reliability of data (if one not available at local site).
- 100 Mbps ethernet for fast access.
- Windows Domain Services (NT Style)
Print, private home directories, shared drives, roaming profiles, integrated with central LDAP directory to support Single Sign On.
- Email with spam filtering and IMAP/POP3/web access. (uses Single Sign On)
- Virus Scanning/filtering for email - prior to delivery
- PDF publishing
- Database Services (included - does not work with Single Sign On)
- DNS master for your domain (included, usage is not requred)
- Firewall Services (included, default is protect the appliance and restrict inbound traffic)
- ID Management Services (add/modify users to LDAP directory)
- VPN access (currently not part of Single Sign On)
- Web Servers (internal and external)
Supports PHP and CGI scripts, and/or use of our custom content management system. Our content management system uses Single Sign On.
- DHCP IP Address Service
- Automated Data backups for all data stored on the appliance via provided services.
- Network Traffic Statistics (included, but requires integration with other Customer Premise Equipment for statistics for other devices)
- Web Traffic Statistics (included, but can only report on web sites served by the Appliance)
- Time synchronization with US Naval Observatory, provides a local time source for your systems. Windows Domain clients automatically synchronize with the server.
- LDAP directory (to support Single Sign On)
- Certificate Authority for VPN security certificates
- Automated security upgrades to keep the Appliance secure.
- Hardware Drive monitoring. Because the disks are mirrored, we can lose one drive without data loss. We'll receive notification, and show up with a replacement drive, all while you're still using the system.
